Southeast Auction Company has a contract to sell 10.140 +/- acres located at 2150 County Road 268-Five Points, AL 36855 consisting of land, shop and a dwelling.

The property is sold "AS IS" with no warranties of any kind whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, habitability or fitness for a particular purpose. This property will be sold subject to any existing right-of-way, easements, encroachments, restrictions of record, zoning, flood plains, health department regulations, public utilities, any state and local law, and the terms and conditions of the sales contract. Closing cost will be paid by the buyer. Closing will be 30 days after end of auction. Terms of sale will be 20% down payment to be paid within 72 hours upon being awarded the winning bid.
