Terms and Conditions: All mobile homes are sold "AS IS-WHERE IS". Payment must be made in full before you leave the sale. Cash, cashiers check or personal check accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee are accepted as payment. There is a 10% buyer's premium per unit purchased. Sales tax will also be added to the purchase price unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is presented at time of registration. Sales tax in Tuscaloosa is 3.5% on a mobile home. Wheels and axles are property of Alabama Liquidation. The wheels and axles may be purchased for $140 per set (one axle, two tires). Comparable wheels and axles with all nuts and bolts may be brought by mobile home transporter at time of pick up and swapped.
*All year models and sizes listed are approximate. Buyer should avail themselves to the opportunity to make a thorough inspection of units prior to purchase. Some sizes listed include hitches and some do not.
